1 TERMS AND DEFINITIONS USED IN THIS AGREEMENT The following terms within the framework of this Agreement have the following meanings: 1.1. A site is a combination of all information (textual and graphic) located on the Internet at https://knowmesos.com/ 1.2. The Site Administration is the employees of Blockchain Technologies LLC, authorized to change the information on the Site. 1.3. Website User (hereinafter referred to as the User) is a person using the Website of Blockchain Technologies LLC. 1.4. Parties - Blockchain Technologies LLC and the Site User who have concluded this Agreement. 2 GENERAL PROVISIONS 2.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) refers to the Website of Blockchain Technologies LLC, located on the Internet at https://knowmesos.com/ 2.2. The site is the property of Blockchain Technologies Limited Liability Company. 2.3. This Agreement governs the relationship between Blockchain Technologies LLC and the Site User. 2.4. Blockchain Technologies LLC reserves the right to change, add or delete paragraphs of this Agreement at any time without notifying the User. 2.5. Continued use of the Site by the User means acceptance of the terms of the Agreement and the amendments to it made to this Agreement. 2.6. The user is personally responsible for checking this Agreement for changes in it. 2.7. The Agreement shall enter into force from the moment the User expresses consent to its terms, starting to browse the Site, or having passed the registration procedure, the User is considered to have accepted the terms of the Agreement in full, without any reservations or exceptions. 3 SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT 3.1. The subject of this Agreement is to provide the User with access to information and online services provided on the Site. 3.2. The site provides the user with the following types of services: free access to information (text and graphic) with the right to view this information; access to the search and navigation tools of the Site; providing the user with the possibility of requests for cost, services, reviews and other information (feedback); access to information about services, special promotions, bonuses and discounts; ordering services; use of the Service. 3.3. The scope of this Agreement covers all currently existing services of the Site, as well as any subsequent modifications thereof and services that appear in the future. 3.4. Access to the Site is provided free of charge. 3.5. This Agreement is a public offer. By accessing the Site, the User agrees to the terms of the Agreement and is considered to have acceded to this Agreement. 3.6. The use of materials and services of the Site is governed by the applicable laws of the Russian Federation. 4 RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES 4.1. Blockchain Technologies LLC has the right: 4.1.1. Change the rules for using the Site, as well as change the content of the Site. Changes come into force from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site. 4.1.2. Restrict access to the Site or to parts of the site in case the User violates the terms of this Agreement. 4.2. The user has the right to: 4.2.1. Get access to the use of the Site for educational and similar purposes, as well as to online services presented on the Site. 4.2.2. To ask any questions related to the services provided on the Site and other information posted on the Site using the "Contacts" section of the Site. 4.2.3. Use the Site exclusively for the purposes and in the manner provided for by the Agreement and not prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, Near East, Europe and Unaided States of America. 4.3. The user of the Site agrees: 4.3.1. Observe the property and non-property rights of authors and other copyright holders when using the Site. 4.3.2. Do not take actions that may be considered as violating the normal operation of the Site. 4.3.3. Do not disseminate using the Site any confidential and protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation information about individuals or legal entities. 4.3.4. Avoid any actions that may result in the confidentiality of information protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation. 4.3.5. Do not use the Site to disseminate advertising information. 4.3.6. Do not use the services of the Site in order to: Downloading content that is illegal violates any rights of third parties; promotes violence, cruelty, hatred and (or) discrimination on racial, national, gender, religious, social grounds; contains inaccurate information and (or) insults to specific individuals, organizations, authorities. Motivation to commit unlawful acts, as well as assistance to persons whose actions are aimed at violating restrictions and prohibitions in force in the territory of the Russian Federation. Violations of the rights of minors and (or) harm to them in any form. Representing yourself for another person or representative of an organization and (or) community without sufficient rights, including for the Site Administration. Misleading regarding the properties and characteristics of any service posted on the Site. Incorrect comparison of services, as well as the formation of a negative attitude towards people who use / do not use certain services, or the conviction of such persons. 4.4. The user is prohibited from: 4.4.1. Disrupt the proper functioning of the Site. 4.4.2. By any means bypass the navigation structure of the Site to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents or materials by any means that are not specifically provided by the services of the Site. 4.4.3. Unauthorized access to the functions of the Site, any other systems or networks related to this Site, as well as to any services offered on the Site. 4.4.4. Violate the security system or authentication on the Site. 4.4.5. Track or try to track any information about any other User of the Site. 4.4.6. Use the Site for any purposes prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as incite to any illegal activity or other activity that violates the rights of Blockchain Technologies LLC or other persons. 5 USE OF THE SITE 5.1. The site cannot be copied, published, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any way, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of Blockchain Technologies LLC. 5.2. The site is protected by copyright, as well as other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws. 5.3. The User is personally responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information, as well as for all activities without exception that are conducted on behalf of the User. 5.4. This Agreement applies to all additional terms and conditions for the provision of services provided on the Site. 5.5. The information posted on the Site should not be construed as a change to this Agreement. 5.6. The site administration has the right at any time without notice to the User to make changes to the list of services offered on the Site and to the prices applicable to the services provided. 5.7. The document "Privacy Policy" is regulated in the relevant part and extends its effect to the use of the Site by the User. 6 RESPONSIBILITY 6.1. Any losses that the User may suffer in the event of intentional or reckless violation of any provision of this Agreement, as well as due to unauthorized access to communications of another User, Blockchain Technologies LLC are not compensated. 6.2. Blockchain Technologies LLC is not responsible for: 6.2.1. Delays or malfunctions in the process of the operation that arose due to force majeure, as well as any case of malfunctions in telecommunication, computer, electrical and other related systems.6.2.2. Actions of transfer systems, banks, payment systems and for delays associated with their work. 6.2.3. The improper functioning of the Site, if the User does not have the necessary technical means for its use, and also does not bear any obligations to provide users with such means. 7 VIOLATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE USER AGREEMENT 7.1. Blockchain Technologies LLC has the right to disclose any information collected about the Site User if disclosure is necessary in connection with an investigation or complaint regarding the misuse of the Site or to establish (identify) the User who may violate or interfere with the rights of Blockchain Technologies LLC or Rights of other Users of the Site. 7.2. Blockchain Technologies LLC has the right to disclose any information about the User that it considers necessary to comply with the provisions of the current legislation or court decisions, ensure compliance with the terms of this Agreement, and protect the rights of Users. 7.3. Blockchain Technologies LLC has the right to disclose information about the User if the current legislation of the Russian Federation requires or permits such disclosure. 7.4. Blockchain Technologies LLC has the right to terminate access to the Site without prior notice to the User if the User has violated this Agreement or the terms of use of the Site contained in other documents, as well as in the event of the termination of the Site or due to a technical malfunction. 7.5. Blockchain Technologies LLC is not responsible to the User or third parties for terminating access to the Site in case the User violates any provision of this Agreement or other document containing the terms of use of the Site. 8 DISPUTE RESOLUTION 8.1. In the event of any disagreement or disputes between the Parties to this Agreement, a prerequisite before applying to the court is a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute). 8.2. The recipient of the claim, within 30 calendar days from the date of its receipt, shall notify the claimant in writing of the results of the consideration of the claim. 8.3. If it is not possible to resolve the dispute on a voluntary basis, any of the Parties is entitled to apply to the court for the protection of their rights that are granted to them by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 8.4. In case of violation of the terms of this paragraph, any claim or grounds for action shall be settled by statute of limitations. 9 ADDITIONAL TERMS 9.1. Blockchain Technologies LLC does not accept offers from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement. 9.2. User feedback and questions posted on the Site are not confidential information and can be used by Blockchain Technologies LLC without restrictions.
